UNITED STATES - During this time, scientists knew that they were able to access services better health facts generally are healthier than those who are not able to access the service. But now researchers know who is most likely to die from an overdose of drugs and where they live. Dr. Christopher Murray and several other researchers at the University of Washington reviewing the death certificates of more than 3,000 Americans in a number of states for 34 years, from 1980 to 2014. Murray said:

"We found a different cause more decisive in some other parts of America. For example, in the West, death due to violence is more common, while heart disease is more common in the southeast. Deaths due to drugs is more frequent in West Virginia or Kentucky. "

Heart disease is the leading cause of death throughout the Americas, but Murray said the risk of heart disease and other diseases that are significantly different in each community, underlining the striking health facts inequalities across America.

"We need to really understand why there is such variation in terms of how long people live, and what the cause of death of children, adults and the elderly at different levels, in different communities," added Murray.

Each state in the United States is divided into several districts, with local government alone. The research team found differences in the health facts of the districts in the same state. Furthermore Murray said gap for life expectancy from one district to another is also increasing.

"It's important for us to understand why the different communities living in the span of a very different life. Variations across America is also quite remarkable. There is a distinction for over 20 years throughout the community, and we need to really understand this, '' continued Murray.

Murray and other researchers say their research could be used to address the causes of death in certain areas and restore the health of Americans overall.
